Heartspace Counseling for Kids

Heartspace Counseling for Kids is a business based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They were looking to update and refresh their current logo. The logo needed to appeal to both children and adults and to help foster a warm and caring atmosphere. The design is representative of the relationships formed during counseling. One wing represents the counselor, the other the family. The wings overlap and create a space in the middle for the child, where they can learn, grow, and fly like a butterfly. The green and blue combination is to be used in all logo variations, but other color combinations of butterflies were provided to be used in secondary materials, like stickers that children can choose from after a session. The font was chosen for its childlike aesthetic and geometric structure, and a simple, rounded san serif font to be used as a secondary and in other marketing materials.
